Kettering Community Association Management
Elite Management provides HOA management services to homeowners and condominium associations in Kettering through our Dayton, OH office.
Though the area was settled in the late 1700s, Kettering was officially incorporated as Van Buren Township in 1841, and as the Village of Kettering in 1952. Now the city boasts a population of over 56,000 and is the largest suburb of the Dayton metropolitan area. The city takes its name from Charles F Kettering, the founder of Delco and inventor of the electrical starting motor and the first aerial missile, who lived in the area between 1914 and 1958.
Kettering is home to more than twenty parks and Fraze Pavillion, an outdoor entertainment venue which hosts the Dayton Philharmonic’s summer concert series. Other attractions include Skate Plaza, a 40,000 square foot skateboard park and the Rosewood Arts Center. Kettering is also a designated sister city of Kettering, England and Steyr, Austria.
